Startup Awareness and Leadership Training is a training program specifically designed for students of 9th & 11th standards. The SALT program will be conducted every Friday and Saturday for three weeks. IEDCs can select a nearby high school to implement this program, while the resources could be provided by the KSUM. The program aims to create awareness about entrepreneurship opportunities among school students and to inculcate a scientific spirit among young minds. Building an entrepreneurial mindset from an early stage is essential, as this is the stage where they can grasp a lot. This Program brings in an interesting teaching pedagogy that would be a perfect fit for the 21st century.

KSUM has decided to capture the evolution, Best practices, Innovation, and case studies of IEDCs and has designed a Knowledge Management Framework.

The objective of this Knowledge Management Exercise are as follows:

(i) To facilitate the capturing of the evolving changes in IEDC policies, structures, strategies, processes, and interventions and justifications established and outcomes/impacts achieved

(ii) To document and create a knowledge repository containing best practices, innovations and, case studies at various levels of IEDC and

(iii) To enable utilization of the knowledge accumulated for application into future practices and decision-making.
